How do I get the annual average and mean rainfall data for Bend, Oregon?

Getting average precipitation, rainfall, or temperature for a station has two steps: finding the data, and then computing the average. In this case, the NOAA GCPS MONTHLY STATION dataset has precip data for two stations called BEND

7269301
BEND[121.3W, 44.1N]
7269305
BEND[121.32W, 44.07N]
They are two degrees (roughly 150 mi) east of Eugene, OR, so I think they are the place that you are interested in.

Picking the first one (7269301) for an example, I followed the links down to the NOAA GCPS MONTHLY STATION BEND prcp mean views. I then reduced the domain to 1200 months (100 yrs) and clicked in the middle of the data range to get view of the last 100 yrs, because that is all the data there is. I then pick Select only the data in the current view.

I now want to compute average rainfall from this 100yr record. 'Filters' and 'Monthly Climatology' gets me an average year which I can look at in the viewer or download as a table.
